Don't forget that Sunday evenings at 7:00 we have a new House Church starting North West Calgary in the Arbour Lake area. The address is 121 Arbour Crest Heights. The House Church Leader is Jeannene, and the hosts are Peter and Anne.
Please let your friends from the area know all about it. Pick them up and give them a ride for the first time or two. We love to see new people and we are happy to answer questions. Everyone is welcome! Good food, good friends, good times!

Events This Month January 08
Hello Everyone,
Here are some important upcoming dates.
Those in Edwin's HC have sponsored Chris in Teen Challenge. He is graduating this Friday night 7:00 at the Priddis hall.
Glen Stead Director of CFCM coming Jan. 25-27
Leaders Meeting will be at Jeannene's house on Friday the 25th night. Potluck at 6:00 meeting to follow. HC Leaders and HC hosts only please due to space availability.
Mens Breakfast hosted by Willie Duecks church is open to our men as well.
Saturday 26th. The men's breakfast is at the Coast Plaza Hotel located on the corner of 16th ave. and 36th st. NE and begiins at 9:23am and the cost works out to $12.50 which includes buffet breakfast, coffee, tea, juice and the GST and gratuity. Note - a free will love offering will be received for our speaker.
Our Team Meeting is open to everyone Saturday 26. 8339 Bowness Rd. NW at the Bowness Full Gospel Church. Potluck at 5:30 and meeting to follow at 7:00. Certificates will be handed out to those who have completed the Leaders Training as well as to those who have finished the third set of essentials. Pastor Glen Stead will be sharing with us as well.
Sunday morning we are all invited to partake in Pastor Willie Duecks service at "New Beginnings Church, with Glen Stead again." Sunday service begins at 10.00am and is located at the Varsity Community Center - 4303 Varsity Drive NW.

Some Pictures From Team Meetings
I thought it might me cool to add some pictures from some of our more recent Team Meetings.
We had our Holy Masquerade in October at the Millarville Community Church and we had a real good time dressing as our favorite Biblical characters.
Since then we had a Team Meeting with Don and Brenda Whalen at their new Living Waters Victory Church. Sorry I did not get any pictures from that. If anyone has any, email them to me and I will post them.
Also John and Lasmian Kingma missionaries from Indonesia were with us in December. That was a real blessing to us as well. You can still make donations to their ministry if you would like to do so. Just designate on your check that you would like to give it to them.
God has been real good to us. Amen?

The News For January 2008
Hello Everyone,
Lots of exciting things are happening. The website will be up and running by Saturday 12th, at noon. You can check it out then at http://www.homechurchcanada.com/
These are the new House Church locations and times. You are encouraged to bring friends and to send people out anytime in the next fourteen weeks. Remember we only add new people to a new House Church in the first fourteen weeks, because the learning starts out at a basic level and then increases over the year. So help them to get there. Give them a ride.
This month we have just opened a new house church in Turner Valley at Tim and Faye's house Friday night 7:00 419 Sunrise Hills. House Church Leader is Jake.
